No. The Guild is built for OD practitioners worldwide. The platform supports multiple competency frameworks, works in English, and is accessible from anywhere. Assessment Centre methodology, SBI format, and competency-based development are global practices — The Guild serves them globally.
How does The Guild handle multiple clients?+
The Blueprint module stores separate competency frameworks, proficiency levels, and report templates for each client. Every report is automatically matched to the correct client's Blueprint, keeping client data isolated and standards accurate.
What does The Guild AI not do?+
The Guild AI does not invent, infer, or fabricate observations. It does not change scores, ratings, or competency assessments. Every AI suggestion is visible, reversible, and subject to assessor approval. The assessor's judgment is always final.
